The LIXIL landing page features a well filmed and edited welcome video to introduce the brand’s values and their dedication to providing high-quality products to their customers. We also included clickable links to the various brands that the showroom offers for easy navigation around the space.
For the LIXIL showroom virtual tour, we embedded a live chat feature that customers can access while navigating through the tour. As customer service is extremely important in converting leads into sales, this integration allows seamless communication between LIXIL and their clients, where prospective buyers can make an enquiry without any added waiting time.
Our LIXIL virtual showroom tour integrates an appointment booking system that makes it straightforward for customers to arrange a date to visit the showroom. The system is able to strike out the days that are fully booked and offer clients alternative dates and timings for their appointment.
Dual Language Toggle
With customers and buyers from all over the world, we added a dual language toggle onto the LIXIL Vietnam showroom virtual tour site. The feature allows local and international customers to switch between English and Vietnamese depending on their language of choice.
Product Hotspots with Google Slides
With such a vast space and a range of products offered, we inserted hotspots all around the showroom for a deeper insight into the various products that LIXIL carries. The hotspots are accompanied with google slides that detail every product using texts, images and embedded videos.
